What are your fees?

At RJK & Associates, we recognize that legal matters can strain your finances. That's why we offer a variety of options to keep costs manageable without compromising on quality. Our fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as the complexity of the matter, the time and labor required, and the desired outcomes.

Do you charge for a consultation meeting?

We often do not charge for an initial consultation meeting. In the consultation meetings, we will discuss the details of your potential case, the legal process, and answer any questions you may have.

Who will work on my case?

We take a team approach in every aspect of our practice. As a client, you become part of our team as we work to find a resolution to your matter. We will assign your case to one of our attorneys; however, depending on the type of case you have, other attorneys and staff members may assist with your representation.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We encourage each of our clients to schedule meetings in advance.

What types of cases does your law firm handle?

We offer legal services for the following and more: commercial and residential real estate, estate planning (wills & trusts) and administration, business law, civil litigation, and collections.

What do I need to get started?

Schedule a consultation meeting and bring any relevant documentation and paperwork. Once you call to schedule your consultation, we will provide you with a list of what to bring depending on your personal situation.

In what cities and counties of Virginia do you handle cases?

We primarily represent clients from throughout the greater Richmond metropolitan area, including the City of Richmond, Henrico County, Hanover County, Chesterfield County, Goochland County and other suburban counties. We are admitted in both State and Federal Courts.
